My very own banana bread energy bars:
~3/4 cup steel cut oats
~3/4 cup vanilla whey protein powder
~1/3 cup almond butter
1 banana mashed
~1/2 cup water
Slivered almonds
Cranberries
Bake at 325 for 20 min

These turned out really good! (Especially since I never made any energy bars let alone just made up my own recipe). Next time I might add walnuts instead of almonds and a little cinnamon (maybe even some honey) and really embrace the banana-ness. But these little buddies will be great for breakfast!
