
Finished my December squat challenge and voila! I didn’t think there would be much of a difference until I compared the two pictures, my tush has gotten rounder and firmer :D YAY FOR SQUATS!

I don’t understand how mere humans can compete in the Ironman, it is amazing and beautiful and harrowing. And imagine the feeling of winning one (Ummm Chrissie Wellington you’re a BOSS). I would love to run one someday but I just can’t even imagine! These are the people who inspire me.
